Keynote Speaker H. Carl McCall

H. Carl McCall was appointed Chairman of the State University of New York Board of Trustees October 17, 2011. He first joined the Board as a member on October 22, 2007.

Mr. McCall served as Comptroller of the State of New York from May 1993 to December 2002. As Chief Fiscal Officer of the State, he was responsible for governmental and financial oversight and pension fund management. Read more about Mr. McCall...

Dr. Baston's Op-Ed: The Promise of a College Education

Dr. Baston's Op-Ed, The Promise of a College Education, is featured on Lohud-part of the USA Today Network. In the piece, Dr. Baston discusses the need for colleges to adapt to be "student-ready" and provide various opportunities for all students. He highlights RCC's new Career Skills Academy.
