What Are My Payment Options?

Once your student account is set-up, you can pay online through WebAdvisor with a credit card, enroll in our 0% interest payment plan, send a check or credit card authorization by mail, or pay in person at the Bursar's Office, located just inside the Technology Center. (Map)

  • Cash or check (certified, cashier’s or personal) 
    Personal checks are not accepted as payment for previous semesters. Please include your student ID#
  • Money order payable to Rockland Community College
  • Mastercard, VISA, Discover or American Express credit cards
  • Payment Plan (only available for Fall and Spring semesters)

Fall 2017 Semester - classes begin September 1

  • To have "lock-in" to course(s) registered (July 20-August 12), payment in full or Payment Plan enrollment was to have been completed by August 24, 2017.
  • Payment Plan enrollment for Fall 2017 closes on September 11, 2017.

Incomplete or non payment results in being dropped from your classes and you risk being shut out of re-registration.

Please Note:

  • To officially withdraw or drop a class, you must file a Drop/Add form at Records & Registration. Please see our Refund Policy for additional information.
  • Your email account is the means for official College communication and students are responsible for checking this account to ensure they receive College-related communications.
  • You may always review your Account Summary by Term using your WebAdvisor account.
  • Info to access 1098-T Tax Form(s)
