PSY 208 Psychology of Adulthood
This course focuses upon adult development and the issues that confront the person in the adult years. Attention is given to the social, emotional and physical characteristics of each period as well as the relevant psychosocial theories. Among the specific challenges and problems discussed are intimacy, parenting, divorce, occupational choice, career development, stress, retirement planning and widowhood.
