PSY 207  Special Topics: Youth in Britain: Issues in Adolescent Psychology

 

This course focuses on England, with particular emphasis on cross-cultural behavior patterns. Attention is given to the social, emotional and societal factors, which confront adolescents in Great Britain. Among the specific issues to be observed and discussed are: identity development, peer relationships, family roles, education, recreation, career choices, social and moral beliefs, and emotional issues and problems.

 

  • Prerequisite: PSY 103 or permission of the Discipline Coordinator.
