PSY 161 Art Therapy II
(cross-listed with ART 161)
Offered jointly by the Psychology and Art departments, this course helps the student develop an understanding of art as means of expression for the deviant personality and to develop skill in the use of art as a therapeutic technique. Class seminars deal with personality theory and the principles by working with patients under the supervision of the instructor
- Prerequisite: ART 160 or PSY 160 or permission of the Discipline Coordinator. It is recommended that PSY 214 and PSY 215 be taken prior or concurrently with PSY 161.
