PHY 106 Engineering Physics II


The second semester of a two-semester sequence of a calculus-based physics course for students pursuing a career in engineering. Topics included: the Law of Universal Gravitation and Coulomb's Law, conservation of charge, electric fields, electric potential energy, voltage and current, capacitors and resistance, Ohm's and Kirchhoff's law, magnetism and electromagnetic induction, ray and wave optics, fundamentals of modern physics and relativity.
