PED 129 Stress Reduction

This complementary approach to stress reduction combines physical and mental exercises. The exercises are resources one may use to balance the effects of stress and contribute to physiological and psychological well-being. The exercise routine is preceded by and culminates with significant involvement with "serenity integration". The entire process seeks to identify sources of stress, how we perceive them, and exercise routines one may use to "refresh and revitalize".
