PHL 210 Modern Philosophy: Existentialism

 

Existentialism, one of the major philosophical developments of the twentieth century, developed perspectives on humanity, freedom, and society that have influenced several generations of writers, dramatists, psychologists and theologians. This course examines the existentialist view of the human condition through philosophical writings, literature, and film.
