HLT 203 Pathophysiology
This course provides an overview of human disease beginning with the study of basic mechanisms of disease: inflammation and infection. Major diseases affecting each of the body’s systems are discussed emphasizing the relationship between normal physiology and the alterations caused by pathology. The course is designed for the student who is interested in the etiology of disease.
