GEO 215 Geography of the Global Economy

 

The catalog description will reflect the geographer's emphasis on spatial distributions and the nature of the processes that affect location. The course will explore not only where economic activities are located, but also why they are located where they are. Case studies of specific industries, underdeveloped and developed, will be undertaken by each student.
