FIT 101 Concepts of Resistance Training
This course is for the student who wishes to embark on a career within the fitness industry. This lecture-based class discusses the principles and concepts involved in resistance training for the general population. Discussions include program development, the muscular system, resistance exercises on different muscle groups, developing individual exercise programs, safety tips, body mechanics and nutritional concepts.
