EHP 170 Metabolic Circuit Training

 

Metabolic circuit training provides the student a chance to learn new workouts and strategies for improving body composition and achieving fitness goals through a structured training regimen.  Participating in this course gives students an understanding of the physiological principles that need to be adhered to in order to reach desired fitness results in a safe and encouraging environment.
