EHP 115 Adult Fitness Through Diet and Exercise
The Adult Fitness Through Diet and Exercise course is designed for the adult student. It will attempt to assess a student’s entry fitness level, while finding ways in which to improve, as well as maintain an appropriate fitness level through diet and exercise. The importance of ongoing health maintenance through fitness will be stressed. Students will select exercise programs, which will be geared to individual choices in diet after learning about major food groups and nutrients necessary for proper diet.
