EHP 113 Self-Defense

 

Not a class in the martial arts, the course uses martial art techniques for exercise purposes. Basic warm-up stretches with sit-ups and push-ups will be required at each class including a one-half mile walk/run. Students will learn a basic H. Kata, which is videotaped.
