EHP 109 Step Aerobics

 

Step aerobics is a high-intensity low-impact aerobic workout for all fitness levels. The principle behind step aerobics is simple - step up and down on a platform while simultaneously performing upper body movements. The class consists of a warm-up, low-impact aerobics and cool stretch down, all utilizing the step.
