EHP 100 Kung Fu

 

This course is a beginning level course that will focus on the fundamental routines and self-defense techniques involved in Shaolin Kung Fu. Students will participate in blocks, strikes and stances as well as discuss the history and philosophy of the art of Kung Fu.
