ENG 252 Literature of the Holocaust
This course will consider the body of literature that has evolved both from actual experience and from imaginative encounters with the unprecedented atrocities and destruction of the holocaust. Fiction, memoirs, drama, film and poetry will be studied to show how writers have tried to keep alive the memory, the tragedy, the warning of the potential of human beings for both violence and courage.
