BUS 108 Workplace Communication
This course is designed to introduce students to the basics of workplace communication writing, listening, reading, and speaking. The topics include planning, organizing, and writing various business documents including electronic communications. A concise review of the contemporary principles of grammar, punctuation, and style will be covered. Understanding diversity and global business communications, researching, evaluating, and using Internet information, developing and using visual/graphic aids, and preparation of employment documents and interviewing skills will be explored.
