Frequently Asked Questions from the Bursar's Office:

1. By what date must tuition charges be paid to avoid a penalty?

Payment Due Dates

    Fall 2013.
    Register...on or before August 15, 2013, payment due - August 15, 2013.
    Afterwards payment is due upon registration.

    Spring 2014.
    Register...on or before January 09, 2014, payment due - January 09, 2014.
    Afterwards payment is due upon registration.

    Winter & Summer  Sessions
    Payment is due upon registration.

2. What happens if I do not make payment or approved payment arrangements with the Bursar's Office by the due dates indicated?

    Students that do not make payment or necessary arrangements for payment may have their registrations cancelled for nonpayment.

    Students who choose to re-register, will be re-register on a course available basis once all other registration has ended.


3. Can I make payment utilizing a credit card and if so what types of credit cards are accepted?

    Yes. Through Webadvisor, in person at the Bursar's Office or by calling the Bursar's Office.
    We accept Discover Card Master Card Visa Card

Note: Financial-Aid students should not pay through WebAdvisor.

4. Does the college offer payment plans that help pay semester costs in installments?

    Yes. The college offers a Tuition Deferred Payment Plan for the Fall and Spring semesters.


5. How can I verify if there are any outstanding obligations that may deter my registering for the upcoming semester?

    This can be accomplished easily by using WebAdvisor, calling the Bursar's Office or in person. You will need your Student Account number and photo ID.


6. When do 2012-2013 Sessions/Semesters begin?

    Summer Sessions

    Fall 2013 semester begins - September 06 2013

    Winter 2014 session begins - January 02 2014

    Spring 2014 semester begins - January 18 2014
