Frequently Asked Questions from the Bursar's Office:

1. By what date must tuition charges be paid to avoid a penalty?

    Payment Due Dates, Spring 2008. If you register...
    Between November 26th, 2007 & January 10th, 2008, payment due - January 10th, 2008.
    After      January 10th, 2008, payment is due upon registration.

    Payment Due Dates, Fall 2008. If you register...
    Between April 29th, 2008 & August 14th, 2008, payment due - August 14th, 2008.
    After      August 14th, 2008, payment is due upon registration.


2. What happens if I do not make payment or approved payment arrangements with the Bursar's Office by the due dates indicated?

    Students that do not make payment or necessary arrangements for payment may have their registrations cancelled for nonpayment. If they choose to re-register they will re-register on a course available basis once all other registration has ended.


3. Does the college offer payment plans that help pay semester costs in installments?

    Yes. The college offers a Tuition Deferred Payment Plan for the Fall and Spring semesters.


4. Can I make payment utilizing a credit card and if so what types of credit cards are accepted?

    Yes. In person at the Bursar's Office or by calling the Bursar's Office.

5. How can I verify if there are any outstanding obligations that may deter my registering for the upcoming semester?

    This can be accomplished easily by calling the Bursar's Office.


6. When do 2008 Sessions/Semesters begin?

    Winter Session 2008 semester begins - (Jan 2nd 2008).
    Spring 2008 semester begins - (Jan 26 2008).
    Summer 1 2008 semester begins - (June 2nd 2008).
    Summer 2 2008 semester begins - (June 9th 2008).
    Summer 3 2008 semester begins - (July 7th 2008).

    Fall 2008 semester begins - (September 2nd 2008).
