Unofficial transcripts are provided to students free of charge in the Records Office (when requested in person). Students must present photo ID and the unofficial transcript requests are filled immediately.
Students may request an official transcript of their academic record by submitting a Transcript Request Form to the Bursar’s Office. All requests must be in writing and must bear the student’s signature. The transcript fee ($5.00 per copy) and all other financial obligations must be paid before the transcript will be released. All faxed and mail-in official transcript requests using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) as the method of payment must use the official Transcript Request form and the Payment Authorization form found on the Bursar’s page under Student Form Database.

Requests sent by regular mail should be addressed to the Bursar’s Office, SUNY Rockland Community College, 145 College Road, Suffern, NY 10901.
Requests may be sent by fax to (845)574-4737. If more than one fax request is received for the same transcript, each request will be processed and charged accordingly.
Forms are available in the Bursar’s Office if you wish to request your transcripts in person. Regardless of how ordered, official transcripts are not provided immediately upon request. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing official transcript requests.
