Honors
The Honors Programs at Rockland Community College is designed for students seeking an academic challenge in Higher Education. The fast-paced, rigorous course work required is designed to put you ahead of other college students, save you money, and position you to transfer a selective college or university with junior status.
Sam Draper Mentor/Talented Students Honors Program (M/TS)
For students who have earned an 1100 or higher on the SAT and a 90% or better average in high school, and who plan to transfer to a selective four-year college, Rockland Community College's Mentor/ Talented Honors Program (M/TS) may be ideal. Each M/TS student works closely with a mentor, who acts as an academic advisor, then actively assists in the transfer to a selective four-year college or university.
Management Development Program (MgD)
Talented students aiming for a career in accounting, management, finance, marketing, or computer science, may find the Management Development Program to be just right. Students with a high school average in the upper 80's and a strong background in Mathematics and English may qualify.
