WHAT IS MATRICULATION?
Matriculation means a student is studying toward a particular Degree or Certificate. Non-Matriculating students are not working toward a Degree or Certificate, are Part-Time and taking courses for self enrichment or another purpose other than a Degree or Certificate and do not intend to apply for Financial Aid. FEE WAIVERS: Applicants paying for the application fee with a FEE WAIVER MUST use the paper version of the Application for Admissions. Please read the instructions below.

Please read all instructions carefully, and fill in all areas appropriate to you.PLEASE NOTE:
You must enclose the Application fee which is NON REFUNDABLE with your Application submission. Please make your check or money order payable to SUNY Rockland Community College and print your name and social security number on the face of the check or money order. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH.
Application Fees:
$30 for first time applicants
$5 for readmission.
If you do not submit the fee or fee waiver with your application your application will be returned to you.

Instructions for submitting an application ONLINE:
THE APPLICATION FEE IS DUE WHEN YOU SUBMIT THE APPLICATION. YOU WILL NEED A CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD OR CHECKING ACCOUNT TO PAY THE APPLICATION FEE ONLINE. WE DO NOT BILL FOR APPLICATION FEES.
*NOTE: Applications paid by check have a six day mandatory waiting period while the check clears and cannot be accessed, accepted or processed during that six day period by Rockland Community College.
