Dec 6 - RCC Students to Experience Mock Crime Scene

RCC Students to Experience Mock Crime Scene – Fri., Dec. 6
RAMAPO -- Criminal Justice students at Rockland Community College as well as visiting high school students will observe a simulated stabbing and shooting at a house party during a Mock Crime Scene presentation in the Cultural Arts Theater on Friday, December 6, 12:30-2:00 pm.
Students will see first-hand what a crime scene is and how criminal justice professionals respond, including the branches of law enforcement, emergency medical and the justice system.
The event is coordinated by RCC’s Criminal Justice department in collaboration with Performing Arts and Emergency Medical Services, as well as the Suffern Police Department and several County agencies, including the District Attorney's office, Medical Examiner's office, Sheriff's Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
