How to E-mail a Word Document text without Attachment
First, open any word document that you may have.
- Click on Edit – Select All from your tool bar. (This would select all of your texts in your document).
- After the document has been highlighted Click on Edit again and this time Click on Copy. (This makes a copy of the document on the clip board)
Ok great, you are ready to paste.
Note: The document can be pasted to any other program that understands the Word format. Usually when copying to another program, the formatting that was done in Word is lost when pasted. Hey, nothing is perfect.
Let’s open Mozilla Thunderbird shall we.
- Open your Mozilla Thunderbird Email System.
- Click Compose on your toolbar to create a new message.
- Place your mouse cursor in the body of the mail (This where you write your message) by Clicking anywhere in the body. After that, click Edit on the toolbar and then Paste from the menu. (This will paste your word document that was held on the clip board)
Note: Remember, your format would be lost in Thunderbird. Your may need to do a little editing on your part.
