RCC Campus-Wide Distribution Lists
Listing of campus-wide distribution lists
A "Distribution List" is a way of sending messages to a group of users, by sending one message to a special address. There are currently two campus-wide lists available to RCC employees:
| allrcc@sunyrockland.edu | This list includes all Rockland Community College current employees (including faculty) who have email accounts on sunyrockland.edu |
| allfaculty@sunyrockland.edu | This list includes all Rockland Community College current faculty (RCC Adjunct Faculty Association and RCC Federation of Teachers) who have email accounts on sunyrockland.edu |
| allrccft@sunyrockland.edu | This list includes all current members of Rockland Community College Federation of Teachers who have email accounts on sunyrockland.edu. |
| alladjuncts@sunyrockland.edu | This list includes RCC employees with a position classification ADJ(Adjunct Faculty), EADJ(ESS adjunct load) or AADJ(ADM adjunct load), who have email accounts on sunyrockland.edu. |
| allradj@sunyrockland.edu | This list includes all current members of Rockland Community College Adjunct Faculty Association(bargaining unit - RADJ) who have email accounts on sunyrockland.edu |
| allrccfa@sunyrockland.edu | This list includes all current members of Rockland Community College Federation of Administrators who have email accounts on sunyrockland.edu |
| allcsea@sunyrockland.edu | This list includes all Rockland Community College current members of Civil Service Employees Association, Inc. who have email accounts on sunyrockland.edu. |
| allstudents@sunyrockland.edu | This list includes all Rockland Community College current registered students who have email accounts on our system. |
In order to prevent list abuse by outside junk-emailers, only those on the "allrcc" list can send to any of these lists. (You must send your message from on-campus to use the lists.)
Please do not use these lists to send out joke lists, chain letters, unverified virus alerts, for-sale ads, or other inappropriate messages. (Repeat offenders may have their list-sending access restricted.)
Please do use these lists as a substitute for paper-mailed flyers and announcements. (Save a tree!)
Note: If you find a mistake in these lists, please let us know as soon as possible so we can fix them.
