Copying Shared Files on the File-Print Servers

How to download a file from a Windows server shared folder:

    • From your desktop, right click "My Network Places" and select "Open"
    • Enter "\\servername\sharefolder1\sharefolder11" in Address, for example \\fileprt\is\test1
    • Right click on the selected file and select "Open" or "Copy" from the dropdown menu to open the file  or copy the file
    • Open the destination folder, click "Edit" and select "Paste" to paste the file to your destination folder.

How to upload a file to a Windows server shared folder:

    • Right-click the file that you want to upload and choose copy from the drop-down menu
    • Open the destination folder on the Windows server
    • From the destination folder's top menu, click "Edit" and select "Paste" to paste the file to the Network shared folder
