Login Problems
Cannot log into the computer
Make sure that your name is typed in correctly and that the domain name is Admin (or Student if you are on the student side of the network)
If you don’t see the correct domain name "ADMIN" click on the arrow to the right and choose the correct name from the drop down list.
If you still have difficulties logging in call the help desk for assistance ext. 4283
Cannot log into my email
In most cases your email password differs from what you are typing and/or you tried to log in too many times unsuccessfully and your account is locked.
Solution: Open you browser and go to: http://webmail.sunyrockland.edu/. On the left side of the screen you will find an option to change your password. Click on the button. You will see the following screen:

Fill all the required information and press “Submit form”. The change is accepted so you can go back to your email and try to log in again.
