When the system is opened, each individual “logs” into the system and opens a session.  To exit the system, close out any open screens by clicking on the “XX” (Cancel All) icon until the Colleague Workspace is available. 

From the Tool Bar click File then Exit.

Enter LO in the Quick Access

Or

From the System Menu Bar in the upper right hand corner, click on the “exit” icon, which will exit the session and close Colleague down.
