Welcome to the Academic Writing Center at Rockland Community College.

We exist for the sole purpose of helping you succeed in your writing tasks. We know that academic writing is sometimes a frightening task, and our goal is to make it less frightening and you more confident. No question about writing is too large or too small for us to help you understand. Our staff of faculty and peer tutors is experienced, knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. We can also help you with personal writing tasks, such as letters, personal creative writing or transfer essays.
