Alpha Beta Gamma is an International Business Honor Society is the sole business honor society for accredited junior, community and technical two year colleges. The society exists to recognize and reward academic excellence among business honor students from the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

 

The society is a member of the Association of College Honor Societies, is a participating institute in the Association of Canadian Community College Affiliates Network (Membre participant au Reseau d'Affilies Internationaux de L'ACCC), and educational affiliate of the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC). The society was founded in 1970 and currently has over 65,000 members.

 

To achieve this goal, Alpha Beta Gamma an opportunity for the development of leadership and service, an intellectual climate for exchange of ideas, lively fellowship for sholars, and stimulation of interest in continuing academic excellence. Since its founding, over 65,000 students from public and private colleges have been initiated in the society. The lives of members, faculty advisors, and supportive administration all have been enriched by the Alpha Beta Gamma experience.
