Rockland Community College Institute for Senior Education (ISE) offers courses throughout the year for those over 50.  These informal groups meet once a week and stress independent study within a curriculum adjusted to the needs and interests of the group’s members.

Whatever your interests, whatever level of commitment you are prepared to make, you’ll find exciting opportunities to pursue your favorite activities or explore new fields among the host of educational, cultural, and fitness programs designed for you and offered at SUNY Rockland Community College.

REFUND POLICY - 100% before class begins; 100% canceled classes; 50 % within the first two weeks. No refund after the first two weeks of class.

SPRING VALLEY

Directions to Spring Valley Extension Center (SV) 185 n. Main Street, Spring Valley, (845-574-4700)

NORTH OR SOUTH - New York State Thruway, Exit 14, turn right onto Route 59. Continue to Route 45 (approx. 1 mile). Turn right onto Route 45. Continue through village (approx ¾ mile). School is on left.

HAVERSTRAW

Directions to Haverstraw Extension Center (HEC)

37 West Broad Street, corner of Maple Ave., Haverstraw ( 845-786-2392)

SOUTH on Palisades Parkway, Exit 13, left on Rt. 202, continue to 9W, about 4 miles ,turn right, then left at first light to New Main Street, left at third street, go to Maple Ave. to Stone Building.

NORTH on Palisades Parkway, Exit 13, right onto Thiells Mt. Ivy Road, left onto Rt. 202. Follow directions as above from Rt. 202
