Domenic Zagaroli has 30 years experience as an appraiser, banker, consultant, and educator. He holds the GAA Appraiser Designation through the National Association of Realtors and is a regional advisor to the NYS Appraisal Board. Appraisal Assistant and Licensed Residential Appraiser Education Requirements as of January 1, 2008
There have been significant changes to Appraisal Licensing in New York State; the following courses are required for both Licensing classifications listed above:
