Job training is available at SUNY Rockland Community College. Who can benefit from it? Anyone from age 16 and over who:
• Wants to upgrade existing job skills
• Wants a promotion
• Needs to develop new job skills
• Might consider changing careers
• Is entering the workforce for the first time
• Is receiving unemployment benefits and wants to re-train
Why Job Training?
Our job training certificate programs may be more relevant to you than a degree and it’s faster to complete them. We focus on hands-on training. If you are already working, our certificate programs can complement your present skills and experience and help you show your employer your potential abilities.
Register Early!
Our classes are based on the number of people enrolled. We ask that you complete your registration two full business days before class is scheduled to begin to ensure course availability.
