Web Registration Instructions for Online Instant Enrollment
*Please Note: If you have moved and reside at a new address, you will not be able to register online until you have completed the "Records Change of Information Form."
For further information, please visit www.sunyrockland.edu, click on Registrar and the link "Other Records/Registrar Forms"
- In order to register online, you will need to be in Web Advisor- Click on "Web Advisor" link below
- If you are a Web Advisor user, please click on "Log In" at the top of the page and enter your information
- You do not need to log onto Web Advisor in order to Register and Pay for Classes
- On the Continuing Education menu, click Register and Pay for Continuing Education classes
- Please read the top of the page carefully
- Immediate payment on web registration is mandatory and must be made by credit card (VISA, Master Card or Discover only). Debit cards cannot be used on the Web
- Your social security number is required in order to register on the web. This is necessary to uniquely identify you and your records. If you choose not to disclose your social security number, you will not be able to register on the web
- If you know the course number, then enter it in the Course Code Number box and click "Submit"
- To view a schedule of all available Continuing Education (non-credit) courses, just click "Submit"
- After you have selected your courses, you will be required to complete a registration form. All fields marked with a red* are required to be able to register online
- If you cannot meet all of the required fields, then you may not proceed with web registration at this time.
- If you choose not to register online, you may: (Full payment must accompany all registrations)
- Fax: Completed form with your signed credit card authorization to (845) 574-4163
- Mail: Completed registration form along with your check, money order, or signed credit card authorization to

- You must have a valid and accessible email address for your electronic payment and registration confirmation to be sent. If your registration was successful, it will be noted on the Class/Payment Confirmation screen and you will receive a confirmation email indicating you have successfully registered for your class(es)
- PLEASE NOTE: To be officially registered you must reach the Class/Payment Confirmation screen which displays the message "You have successfully registered for the following classes"
