Nathaniel N. Williams Sr. is Assistant Professor and former Chair of Business at RCC. He served as a member of the adjunct faculty from 2002 to 2010, became an Instructor in 2011, and was appointed Assistant Professor in 2016.  He also served as an adjunct in the CUNY system for 15 years, and has taught a range of courses in business management, finance, entrepreneurship and international business.

As department chair until 2014, Williams sought to develop a closer relationship between the College and the local business community, in order to foster greater internship opportunities for RCC students and increase their competitive edge for employment upon graduation.

In addition to his experience as an educator, Williams has an extensive business background in banking and finance, capital markets, risk management, real estate, management and product development. His business career includes executive management positions with Fortune 500 companies such as American Express, where he started in their Central and South American divisions and later served as director in the European, Mideast, African and North American divisions.
