Natalia Lubarsky, Instructor of Business, brings nearly 20 years of banking experience and deep expertise in microeconomics and macroeconomics to her new position. She had been an adjunct instructor in Business at RCC since September 2015 and adjunct instructor at Bergen Community College in Paramus, NJ since 2012. Lubarsky spent eight years as vice president of export trade finance marketing/business origination with Commerzbank in New York, generating new business with international banks and corporate US customers. She also worked at Bank of New York (now BNY-Mellon) for 10 years, the last two as a vice president of global trade financial services, responsible for marketing services to US exporters and financial institutions in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Africa.
Lubarksy, of Mahwah, NJ, earned an MBA and BA in Economics from the State University for Finance and Economics in St. Petersburg, Russia.
