OSHA 10 Hour Construction Safety Program

The course covers an introduction to OSHA and worker rights and employer responsibilities; awareness of the four types of hazards on a construction site; how to select Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); recognize health hazards in construction, choose appropriate hand and power tools; identify material handling hazards; and identify the cultural challenges that occur in the construction industry. Students who successfully complete the program and pass the exam will receive an OSHA card. The instructor is a Certified OSHA Instructor.

DATE: Thursday and Friday, February 2 and February 3, 2017

TIME: 8:30 am- 3:30 pm

FEE: $149

HOURS: 13 including exam
