No confirmation is sent for registrations- you will be contacted only in the event of course cancellations. If your course is canceled, you will receive a refund.
Rockland Community College may cancel classes at its discretion. If a class is cancelled by the College, registrants will be notified and receive a full tuition refund. The College reserves the right to change instructors as necessary. The College does not always share the opinions, advice and beliefs expressed in classes.
Inclement Weather Cancellations

RCC Continuing Education Refund Policy
The Rockland Community College Continuing Education refund requests must be received in writing 5 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) prior to the first day of class. No refunds are made thereafter. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund processing. The College reserves the right to change courses, days, times and instructors, and to withdraw courses without notice.

Expenses (tuition, travel, meals and lodging) for courses taken to maintain and improve professional skills may be tax deductible.

Continuing Education Units (CEU's)
Professional contact hours are provided when courses are approved by the appropriate professional organization. The CEU is applicable towards continuing education. One CEU is awarded for ONE contact hour of participation in an organized continuing education experience under responsible sponsorship, capable direction and qualified instruction. Ask us about getting your CEU certificate.
Our instructors do not use the College as a way of selling services or products. If you believe this policy is being abused please call the Director at 845-574-4465.
