Tuition is step 6 of the Matriculate Checklist. More than half of RCC students receive some financial assistance - contact Financial Aid to determine your eligibility. Payment in full or credit authorizations are expected at the time of registration.

What Are My Payment Options?

Once your student account is set-up, you can pay online through WebAdvisor with a credit card, enroll in our 0% interest (Fall/Spring) payment plan, send a check or credit card authorization by mail, or pay in person at the Bursar's Office, located just inside the Technology Center. (Map)

  • Cash or check (certified, cashier’s or personal) 
    Personal checks are not accepted as payment for previous semesters. Please include your student ID#
  • Money order payable to Rockland Community College
  • Mastercard, VISA, Discover or American Express credit cards
  • Payment Plan (only available for Fall and Spring semesters)

Important Dates and information

Dates for Payment Plan enrollment, residency, and tuition refunds are strictly enforced.

Winter/Summer sessions - Payment due upon registration.

Fall 2019 Semester Payment Procedure -
classes begin September 3rd 2019

Payment Plan enrollment opened on July 2019.
Last day for $0 down payment is December tba, 2019.

Option 1

By 5 pm on (tba), 2019:

✔ File your FAFSA (Federal Code 002877) financial aid application and include RCC as a school to receive the results.

Option 2

By 7 pm on (tba), 2019:

✔ pay your tuition bill
✔ enroll in the RCC payment plan

Email us at to obtain a copy of your bill, ask questions regarding your bill, residency and general information.

Incomplete or non payment results in being dropped from your classes and you risk being shut out of re-registration.

Please Note:

  • To officially withdraw or drop a class, you must file a Drop/Add form (PDF) at Records & Registration. Please see our Refund Policy for additional information.
  • Your email account is the means for Official College Communication. Students have the responsibility to recognize that certain communications may be time sensitive and are expected to check their College email on a frequent and consistent basis to ensure that they are staying current with all College-related communications.
  • You may always review your Account Summary by Term using your WebAdvisor account.
