Tuition is step 6 of the Matriculate Checklist. More than half of RCC students receive some financial assistance - contact Financial Aid to determine your eligibility. Payment in full or credit authorizations are expected at the time of registration.

What Are My Payment Options?

Once your student account is set-up, you can pay online through WebAdvisor with a credit card, enroll in our 0% interest payment plan, send a check or credit card authorization by mail, or pay in person at the Bursar's Office, located just inside the Technology Center. (Map)

  • Cash or check (certified, cashier’s or personal) 
    Personal checks are not accepted as payment for previous semesters. Please include your student ID#
  • Money order payable to Rockland Community College
  • Mastercard, VISA, Discover or American Express credit cards
  • Payment Plan (only available for Fall and Spring semesters)

Spring 2018 Semester - classes begin January 22

  • To "lock-in" registered course(s) (November 16-December 21), payment in full or Payment Plan enrollment must be completed by January 04, 2018.
  • To "lock-in" registered course(s) (December 22-January 10), payment in full or Payment Plan enrollment must be completed by January 16, 2018.
  • Payment Plan enrollment for Spring 2018 is Closed.
  • To obtain a copy of your bill email us at bursar@sunyrockland.edu

Incomplete or non payment results in being dropped from your classes and you risk being shut out of re-registration.

Please Note:

  • To officially withdraw or drop a class, you must file a Drop/Add form at Records & Registration. Please see our Refund Policy for additional information.
  • Your sunyrockland.edu email account is the means for official College communication. Students have the responsibility to recognize that certain communications may be time sensitive and are expected to check their College email on a frequent and consistent basis to ensure that they are staying current with all College-related communications.

  • You may always review your Account Summary by Term using your WebAdvisor account.
