  • Walk-ins only. First come, first served.
  • Upon arrival on campus, Public Safety will give all students a number to text. Please do not enter the Technology Center until you receive a text back that you can check in.

Things to Know


  • All students should enter the campus through the College Road entrance. You will be greeted by Public Safety, who will give you instructions on how to check-in with your phone via text message. MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR CELL PHONE & PHOTO ID WITH YOU.
  • If you are arriving by car, Public Safety will direct you to an appropriate parking lot.
  • If you are arriving by bus, taxi or someone is dropping you off, please check in with the Public Safety officer by the entrance gate when you enter the campus.

What to Expect:

  • All activities for the day will take place within the Technology Center. When you are cleared to enter the building, you will receive a text message to proceed inside. Staff will meet you at the front doors of the Technology Center and direct you to the Check In desk in the Lobby. We have set up rooms with the proper social distancing to help with all different points in the enrollment process.

What to Bring:

  • Cell phone
  • Photo ID
  • Mask
  • If you are a new student and have not submitted your high school and/or college transcripts or any standardized test scores, make sure to bring at least an unofficial copy with you if you are needing advising that day. These items can help with determining your placement.

Safety Protocols

  • Students should use the CampusClear App to assist with the screening process. Please visit the CampusClear App page for instructions on how to download and use the app prior to coming to campus. Students unable to access the Campus Clear App will be required to complete a COVID Questionnaire before entering campus.
  • Maximum of 1 guest allowed with student
  • Must wear a mask
  • Should not come if experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 including fever, sore throat, chills, lack of smell or taste
  • If you have traveled to a restricted state currently listed on NY State's Department of Health Travel Advisory in the last two weeks and have not self quarantined for 14 days, we ask that you do not attend or reschedule. More information can be found at
