Application: Complete FAFSA for each academic year. Complete an employment application either in the Job Placement Office, Room 8220 of the Technology Center, or in the departmental office in which the student is to be employed.

RCC Foundation Scholarships

Private donations to the RCC Foundation fund many scholarships for new and continuing students. There is a broad and diverse range of criteria for eligibility, all students are strongly encouraged to explore these options. Applications for the scholarships are printed in the scholarship booklets.

New RCC students:

  • The Rockland Community College Scholarships for New Students booklet is produced every spring and is available in local high school guidance offices as well as Admissions and Financial Aid at the College. Scholarship applications are typically due in late summer and selected recipients are notified in early August.

Continuing RCC students and those graduating:

  • The RCC Foundation Scholarships booklet identifying the scholarships for continuing students is typically available in late February and can be found in Financial Aid and other Student Development Division offices on campus. The application deadline for Foundation scholarships is typically in late March and the scholarships are awarded at the Annual Scholarship Awards Ceremony.
