Apply for Admission

  • Submit an online application.
  • Print from website and mail/bring to RCC Admissions
  • Provide any required documentation:
    • Official HS transcript (official English translation, if applicable)

      (Please do not have transcripts sent via email. Email is not a secure medium for transmitting sensitive information. RCC uses two services specifically for securely receiving electronic transcripts: Parchment and Naviance. Please ask your high school to send transcripts via one of these services or by regular postal mail.)
    • High school equivalency (HSE) diploma (formerly GED)
    • Official transcript of prior college courses if applicable

Attend SOAR
Student Orientation, Advisement & Registration

  • Select your SOAR date
  • Attendance is required
    • Advising to select classes for your plan of study
    • Register for classes
    • Get Student ID card (be prepared for your photo)

Pay Tuition

  • Pay by due date to avoid being dropped from classes
  • Payment plans and online payments - through myRCC portal
  • Cash, check, MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express
