- I cannot login to Angel.
To login to Angel, you have to obtain a Username and Password by activating your Webmail account. You will need at least 24 hours from the time you obtained your Username and Password to be able to login to Angel.
- I am able to login to Angel but I cannot see my course in the Course list.
Once you are registered in the RCC Datatel system, your name is sent to SLN (together with other registered students) to ANGEL which then enters your name in the course you are registered in Angel. Files are sent to Angel and updated at 10:00am and 3pm Mondays to Fridays. You will need at least 24 hours to be able to login to Angel from the time you registered at RCC to be able to login to your course (if you already have a Webmail Username and Password. If you have no Username and Password, refer to #1 above).
- I registered late and I cannot login to Angel.
Please see numbers 1 and 2 above.
- I changed my registration from one course to another.
When you changed your course, your new registration will have to be sent to Angel like a new registration. You will just like registering for a new course have to wait at least 24 hours to be able to login to Angel. (If you have no Username and Password, please refer to #1 above).
- Who should I contact when I cannot login to Angel.

On weekends and holidays, call the SLN Helpdesk at 1-800-875-6269 or 1-518-320-1889.
NOTE: SLN cannot help you with access to your course if you have not obtained a Username and Password (refer to #1 above).
- I am able to login to my course in Angel but I have some questions about the course, who should I contact?
Any questions about your course (content, homework, deadlines, etc.) you need to contact your instructor. Click on Contact Instructor to view your instructor’s email address. You can also call your instructor by referring to the Faculty and Staff directory for their phone extension at the College.
