Hybrid Courses

Hybrid courses are courses that meet in the classroom one day a week and then meet the second day online through the internet. Hybrid courses are taught using either the SUNY Learning Network or Blackboard. When reviewing the schedule of classes, hybrid courses are identified with an “M” at the beginning of the section number and either an “S” (for SLN) or a “B” (for Blackboard) at the end of the section number, e.g., CSP 100 M01S. All hybrid courses follow the semester’s beginning and ending dates.

Flexible Enrollment Courses

(Courses with a “D” code) A select group of distance education courses have a flexible enrollment policy. Students can register for these courses any time during the first 12 weeks of the semester and complete the course within 15 weeks of registration.
