I. English (6 Credits Required)

ENG 101 English Composition I (3 cr)
ENG 102 English Composition II (3 cr)

 

II. Pluralism and Diversity (3 Credits Required)

PDA 110 Pluralism and Diversity in Business and Industry (3 cr)
(or equivalent by advisement)

 

III. Social Science (6 Credits Required)

Select courses from the following codes: ANR, ECO (except ECO 101), GEO, HIS, POL, PSY, SOC

 

IV. Mathematics (3 Credits Required)

MAT 102 Intermediate Algebra*p (or higher by advisement)

*NOTE: Policies toward granting credit for Math 102 will vary among four-year colleges.

 

V. Science (3 Credits Required)

Select a course at the appropriate level from the following codes: BIO, CHM, ENR, PHY, or SCI
No telecourses.

 

VI. Humanities (Not Required For This Degree)

 

VII. Art and Sciences (3 Credits Required)

CSP 101 Computer Concepts & Applications (or higher by advisement except CSP 105) (3 - 4 cr)
CSP 115 Principles of PC Operating Systems/Windows (4 cr)
CSP 138 Spreadsheet Design/MS Excel (4 cr)
CSP 139 Database Design/MS Access (4 cr)
CSP 200 Help Desk and Support Specialist p (4 cr)
CSP 211 Systems Analysis and Design p (4 cr)
ELT 249 PC Maintenance (4 cr)

 

Elective Requirements (7 - 8 Credits Required) (By Advisement)

Select two CSP course (except CSP 100, 105)

Any CYB course may be substituted for CSP course

 

X. Physical Education (3 Credits Required)

Any PED course(s)
REC 205 Community CPR & First Aid
REC 207 CPR for the Professional Rescuer
Note: PED courses earn Pass/Fail grades; REC courses earn letter grades.

 

Total: 64 - 66 credits

 

NOTE: Students must consult with a faculty advisor in the Computer Studies Department each semester to plan their course of study.
