Basic Cardiac Life Support - AHA
This course addresses the need to prepare individuals in the community to administer cardio-pulmonary resuscitation. It fulfills the American Heart Association’s requirement for professional certification in Basic Life Support and includes topics such as: national statistics of cardiac mortality, and the roles of the health care professional in a culturally diverse society.

Satisfactory course completion fulfills one credit of the physical education requirement.
