Nursing Process IIA

 
 

The nursing process is applied to meeting the needs of the adult patient with health problems related to the needs for psychological regulation and nutrition. Laboratory experiences are provided in the nursing laboratory and in mental health settings in the community.

 

Prerequisite: NUR 103 (if clinical competency test not passed) NUR 106, NUR 111, NUR 113, ENG 101, BIO 110, PSY 103 and current AHA Basic Life Support Health Care Provider certification.

Pre or Co-requisite: CHM 105 and a PED course.

Hours: 6.5

Credits: 3.5

 

Current AHA Basic life support professional certification is a requirement of this course.
