Illustrations / Cartooning

Students will explore visual storytelling and problem solving while developing basic drawing skills, professional techniques and new ways of looking at the world. There will be demonstrations, projects and exercises to gain basic skills in gesture drawing, characters, perspective, backgrounds, creating fantasy theory and storytelling. Students will also learn how these skills can be used in the real world.

Prerequisite: ART 102 or permission of the Department Chair.
