English Department courses are offered on the Suffern home campus, Spring Valley Campus, Haverstraw Campus and Rockland Psychiatric Annex.

The department utilizes, staged classrooms, computer labs, “Smart Classrooms,“ art labs and traditional classrooms. Beside the more traditional classroom taught courses the English department belongs to the SUNY LEARNING NETWORK (SLN) so that students can take English courses on-line from any SUNY school offerings. There are also telecourses and hybrids. We have a Writing Lab open six days a week.

The department is always looking for ways to offer an even more diverse selection while allowing students to study in a setting more comfortable to them while fitting into their hectic home and professional schedules.
