Paramedic Education Program Overview
The Rockland Community College Paramedic Education Program is an intensive one year program that prepares the student for the New York State and National Registry Paramedic Certification Exams.
Program Information
- The Rockland Community College Paramedic Program begins and ends in August
- Class is held at the RCC main campus in Suffern, N.Y.
- Class days and times are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and occasional Tuesdays from 6:PM-10:PM
- Class is held in room 1201, second floor of the Academic I building
- The Paramedic Program is comprised of three components, didactic, laboratory and clinical training
- 438 didactic hours
- 170 laboratory hours
- 758 clinical hours
